ASPEN RIDGE SCOOPS TWO MAJOR OHBA DESIGN AWARDS FOR 77 CHARLES WEST

At the recent Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) 2010 Awards of Distinction, Aspen Ridge Homes took home two prestigious honours (Most Outstanding High Rise Building and Most Outstanding High Rise Condo Suite) for its exclusive condominium in Toronto’s Bay-Bloor area, 77 Charles West (77charles.ca). The criteria for the Most Outstanding High Rise Building included its concept, overall exterior and interior appeal, the creative use of materials and common spaces, and functionality.
