TORONTO,  February 16, 2016 –  DREAM UNLIMITED and KILMER VAN NOSTRAND have sold 87% of the condo units at the Canary District. In their earnings report, DREAM expects to develop another 1,000 market condos and 20k SF of new retail in Stage 2, in addition to the 30k of SF of retail that came with Stage 1, now 78% leased.
