TORONTO, March 18, 19, 2014 – Construction at Streetcar Development’s The Carlaw in Leslieville is expected to reach street level next month. Crow’s Theatre will take up the ground floor of the building. The 200-seat performing arts facility will be the largest theatre east of the DVP.
