TORONTO, June 24, 2010…Dan Hopkins is appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chuck Resnick appointed Director of Marketing at Two Men And A Truck® – Canada, a division of Heron Capital Corporation in Toronto.

Both appointments were announced by Two Men And A Truck – Canada President, John Prittie.
• With his new COO responsibilities, Dan Hopkins continues to serve as Vice President of Development and  Operations, his most recent role with the company.
Prior to joining Heron Capital in January 2008, Hopkins was Director of Development & Franchising for Midas Canada and a former Vice President of Development and Franchising with Mail Boxes Etc.  Over the past 25 years, he also gained extensive Canadian franchise industry experience with KFC Canada, Midas Canada, Wendy’s Canada, Cara Foods, and Manchu Wok.
Hopkins attended Queen’s EMBA program in Kingston, ON and graduated with Honours from Humber College’s Civil Engineering program (1978) in Toronto.
• Chuck Resnick joined Two Men And A Truck as a Franchise Business Consultant in 2008, having served Shoppers Drug Mart for over 23 years in various senior management positions including VP Marketing – Ontario Region, VP National Operations, VP Operations – Ontario Region and National Director of Purchasing.
Continuing in his role as a Franchise Business Consultant, he is a Hon. BA graduate (1976) in Developmental Psychology from York University in Toronto and an EMBA graduate of Monitor University, Boston, MA.
