LINDVEST’S B.STREETS CONDOS EARNS 6 OHBA NOMINATIONS INCLUDING PROJECT OF THE YEAR

TORONTO, AUGUST 27, 2012 … B.streets condos by Lindvest Properties Limited has been nominated in six categories for the prestigious Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction for 2012, including Project of the Year.

OHBA has nominated B.streets for six awards:

  • Best Project Logo Branding (for individual community logo)
  • Best New Home Sales Office (1,500 sq. ft. and over)
  • Best High or Mid-Rise Project Sales Brochure

B.streets’ Hariri Pontarini-designed, playful yet sophisticated architecture both complements and enlivens its Bloor-Bathurst location. The Presentation Centre, designed by Cecconi Simone, perfectly captured the upscale, eclectic style of the Annex, one of Toronto’s most beloved neighbourhoods. B.streets’ promotional and advertising materials featured distinctive photography using real area residents for a diverse, engaging look that clearly resonated with buyers.
This past spring, B.streets was recognized with seven BILD awards — the most for any one project — including the esteemed Project of the Year – High-Rise award, a significant achievement bestowed by peers that recognizes the builder whose project best combines an innovative, effect marketing campaign with superior community and product design.
