TORONTO, AUGUST 27, 2012 … B.streets condos by Lindvest Properties Limited has been nominated in six categories for the prestigious Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction for 2012, including Project of the Year.
“This recognition is a testament to everything that makes B.streets so special,” said Michoel Klugmann, Vice-President of Lindvest Properties. “With its incredible Annex location, highly articulated, contemporary architecture, superior amenities and suite finishes, presentation centre and printed materials, we were excited by every facet of B.streets. It’s very meaningful for the entire team to be recognized in this way.”
The B.streets team includes: Hariri Pontarini Architects for the exterior, Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone for the interiors, Milborne Real Estate for sales, L.A. Inc. for the advertising campaign, and The Communications Group Inc. for the public relations campaign.
OHBA has nominated B.streets for six awards:
- Project of the Year, High or Mid-Rise
- Most Outstanding Mid-Rise Building
- Best High or Mid-Rise Ad Campaign
- Best Project Logo Branding (for individual community logo)
- Best New Home Sales Office (1,500 sq. ft. and over)
- Best High or Mid-Rise Project Sales Brochure
B.streets’ Hariri Pontarini-designed, playful yet sophisticated architecture both complements and enlivens its Bloor-Bathurst location. The Presentation Centre, designed by Cecconi Simone, perfectly captured the upscale, eclectic style of the Annex, one of Toronto’s most beloved neighbourhoods. B.streets’ promotional and advertising materials featured distinctive photography using real area residents for a diverse, engaging look that clearly resonated with buyers.
This past spring, B.streets was recognized with seven BILD awards — the most for any one project — including the esteemed Project of the Year – High-Rise award, a significant achievement bestowed by peers that recognizes the builder whose project best combines an innovative, effect marketing campaign with superior community and product design.
“B.streets really encapsulates everything we love so much about urban living, the Annex, and Toronto itself,” Mr. Klugmann said. “We’re so gratified by the reception the project has received, and we’re very proud that the OHBA regards B.streets so highly.”
