TORONTO – November 8, 2013 – To celebrate the topping-off of the last building constructed at the CANARY DISTRICT, news media were invited to ‘etch’ their name in cement on the top floor of Canary Park Condominiums, the athletes village home of the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games.
