TORONTO – September 14, 2013 – Heritage architect Michael McClelland believes FIVE CONDOS at 5 St. Joseph sets a new standard for future Yonge St. development. FIVE integrates five brick buildings along Yonge dating to the 1870s. Refurbished structures will house new shops and 14 residential units on the second and third floors.
