TORONTO, February 27, 2013 – Stephen Price has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Graywood Developments Ltd. The appointment was announced by Garnet Watchorn, Chairman of Graywood. Mr. Price joined Graywood in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2008 with responsibility for Graywood’s growth and operating strategies. During his 23 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Price has held senior management positions in private and public companies with a focus on investments, development and asset management. He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder.
