TORONTO DEVELOPER’S CHALLENGE: BUILD A QUIET CONDO ATOP A NOISY SUBWAY LINE

TORONTO, April 3, 2014 – Rubber insulators, used in Toronto’s Four Seasons Centre to keep noise and vibration out of the opera hall, are now being engineered for condos. The technology has been used by other developers, but it’s the first time The Daniels Corporation has tried it in a residential building across from High Park.
