TORONTO, MAY 28, 2014 – Their Excellencies the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, and Mrs. Sharon Johnston met with senior level international volunteers of the Grand Council of the Order of St. John and were also welcomed by Smiley, a 12-year-old blind Golden Retriever who found his calling as a St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog.

ARCHBISHOP EMERITUS DESMOND TUTU PRAISES ST. JOHN AMBULANCE CANADIAN THERAPY DOG PROGRAM

TORONTO, MAY 25, 2014 – Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu of South Africa praised the innovative St. John Ambulance Canadian Therapy Dog program, at the International Meeting of the Order of St. John with fellow members of the Grand Council.
